The summer programme in Hondarribia includes the Hondarribia Reggae Town festival, which different styles of reggae music. This event takes place at the end of August in Plaza del Obispo in the Old Town. The bands perform different varieties of reggae music: roots, dub, dancehall, raggamuffin, ragga and ska.
