Fair of Santo Tomas-Txistorrada

On December 21, San Pedro street is transformed into a rural setting where local produce, especially the “txistorra” (Basque spicy sausage), are the protagonists. There is a food market in the morning, and txoznas (stands) where you can taste the typical dishes of this day: taloak (corn tortillas), txistorra (a variety of fresh pork sausage) and cider.
