On the large, sheltered Txingudi Bay, next to the mouth of the River Bidasoa, are the Hondarribia and Hendaye marinas, both of which offer a wide range of modern facilities. Located next to the beach, just 200 metres from the picturesque fishing neighbourhood of La Marina, Hondarribia port has 642 berths equipped with water and electricity, and offers all the services required by water sports enthusiasts.
Txingudi Bay is an unbeatable place for both skipper sailing and yachting. Current facilities include everything required for running sailing courses (including showers, changing rooms, etc.) and all our staff are highly qualified.
The region of Bajo Bidasoa offers exceptional possibilities for the observation and study of our natural environment. Boat and catamaran rides along Txingudi Bay, the Bidasoa River, the coast of Jaizkibel, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and private routes.

Coasteering is a variant of hiking in which we’ll have to traverse a coastal stretch on foot while combining different activities such as swimming, jumping, climbing, descending, or even passing through small passages. Under the watchful gaze of the Higuer Lighthouse, we’ll pass by the mouth of the Bidasoa River and beneath the slopes of Mount Jaizkibel, all the while relishing in this beautiful coastal landscape.
If you’re interested in diving, there are courses and diving trips organized by professional instructors.You also have the opportunity to learn techniques for freediving in a safe and fun way. In the various dive sites in the coastal area of Jaizkibel, mainly you can enjoy real adventures in the seabed by the beauty and diversity of the place that attracts many lovers of this sport.
